About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution of Superchat's core transactional AI experiences. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, commerce, payments, and conversational UX. You will own key product areas end-to-end from defining the roadmap and user experience to shipping scalable workflows that turn chat into real-world action. You will work closely with engineering, AI, design, operations, and business teams to build the future of action-based AI.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and own the product roadmap for core Superchat experiences
  • Identify high-impact opportunities across commerce, booking, payments, and fulfillment
  • Translate company vision into clear product priorities and execution plans

  • Conversational & Transactional Product Design
  • Build intuitive chat-based workflows that enable users to complete tasks seamlessly
  • Own the end-to-end transaction journey: discovery ? action ? payment ? fulfillment ? follow-up
  • Ensure product experiences feel fast, trustworthy, and magical

  • Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner daily with engineering and AI teams to ship high-quality features
  • Collaborate with design on conversational UX and interface improvements
  • Work with operations and partners to ensure real-world execution (delivery, booking, support)

  • AI Agent & Automation Development
  • Define how AI agents reason, act, follow up, and complete workflows
  • Improve agent success rates through iteration, data, and feedback loops
  • Ensure responsible AI behavior and high user trust

  • Metrics, Growth & Optimization
  • Own product KPIs including conversion, transaction success rate, retention, and revenue per user
  • Run experiments to improve funnel performance and reduce friction
  • Use data and user insights to continuously refine the experience

  • Stakeholder & Leadership Communication
  • Communicate product vision clearly across teams and leadership
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs
  • Mentor and support other product managers as the team grows

Qualifications

  • 710+ years of product management experience, including ownership of major product areas
  • Proven experience building consumer-facing products in high-growth environments
  • Experience with transactional platforms, fintech, marketplaces, or commerce is strongly preferred
  • Track record of shipping products from concept to scale

Required Skills

  • Strong product intuition and ability to simplify complex workflows
  • Comfort working closely with engineering and AI/ML teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with payments, checkout flows, and transaction systems is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Builder mentality: hands-on, fast-moving, execution-focused
  • Customer-obsessed with strong UX instincts
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
