Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, understanding their needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and providing regular updates and reports. The Account Manager will also handle contract negotiations, manage account budgets, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Sales Skills with 3-4 yrs experience
• Account Budget Management and Contract Negotiation Experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office Suite
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
