Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for the Testing Machines portfolio.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in capital equipment sales, business development, and customer relationship management, along with the ability to lead regional sales initiatives and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall sales performance and revenue growth for the assigned Testing Machines portfolio
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve:
- Revenue targets
- Profitability goals
- Market expansion objectives
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying and acquiring new
customers
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Lead regional market development initiatives and identify new business opportunities
- Participate in annual business planning, sales forecasting, and fiscal budgeting activities
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Drive business development activities to expand market presence and improve customer penetration
- Collaborate with internal teams including service, operations, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
- Maintain strong pipeline management and sales reporting processes
- Ensure achievement of sales KPIs, margins, and business objectives for the assigned region
Required Skills & Experience:
7-10 years of experience in:
- Capital Equipment Sales
- Industrial Product Sales
- Technical / Engineering Solution Sales
- Strong track record of achieving sales and business growth targets
Experience in:
- B2B sales
- Customer relationship management

- Experience in Testing Machines, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing, or Engineering domains will be preferred
- Strong customer network within industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
