Seasoned HR professional to partner with business leaders and drive the people agenda for a rapidly growing manufacturing site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design, and site expansion initiatives.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching.
• Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global HR teams to deliver strategic HR initiatives.
• Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to support business decisions.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Strong exposure to plant HR, manufacturing operations, or greenfield/start-up projects.
• Hands-on experience in Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), labour law compliance, and contract workforce management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership in a matrix organisation.
