Job Description
Specialist in real estate law with expertise in title due diligence, contract negotiation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Experienced in managing Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Powers of Attorney, and Joint Venture Agreements, as well as overseeing property registration and liaising with relevant authorities.
Handled strategic litigation support and risk management for clients involved in high-stakes disputes across various sectors, including Civil, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Banking, and Real Estate. With experience representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals,legal advice to banks, financial institutions, and corporate entities on complex legal matters.
Extensive experience in drafting, vetting, and reviewing a variety of agreementsincluding NDAs, MSAs, IPR, Facility
Candidate should be well versed in reading documents written in Tamil .
Documents shall be related to Real estate/Property Documents.
