Job Description

    The purpose of the role is to achieve sales of the passenger vehicles range through corporates and institutions by identifying potential segments to be targeted. This involves coordinating with channel partners and regional team members to achieve desired volumes within the company guidelines and policies.
    Responsibilities include planning and executing sales plans and below-the-line campaigns for corporate and fleet sales through dealerships. The job also involves achieving corporate and fleet sales targets, reviewing dealership teams, and establishing relationships with HR and Admin Heads of corporates, IT, BPO companies, and fleet operators for business development. Additionally, the role requires identifying potential segments, planning and executing campaigns, following up and closing bulk deals, coordinating on bulk deals, providing reports and MIS as required, and training the dealership corporate and fleet sales team on various aspects.
    The stakeholder interactions involve internal engagement with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) for target achievement and retail marketing for corporate offers within the budget. Externally, the role involves engagement with channel partners for delivery planning and corporates/institutions through formal engagement platforms, direct meetings, and feedback mechanisms.

    The desired candidate profile includes a Post Graduate degree in Sales & Marketing, 5 to 8 years of experience in managing B2B accounts/customers in the automobile industry, understanding of corporate leasing mechanisms, experience in direct sales and channel management, ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in complex decision-making settings, and experience in managing large account deals.
    The required skills and competencies for this role include high self-initiative and drive, effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, networking skills, and customer orientation.,
