Manager, Investor Relations

Role Description
: Mumbai (HO)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager - Investor Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between our company and its investors, providing them with detailed, accurate, and timely information about our performance and prospects. The role is instrumental in strengthening the companys relationships with institutional investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an effective communication link between the management and institutional investors, ensuring all parties are well-informed of key company activities and updates.
• Understand and analyze stock markets, utilizing previous experience in an investor relations role or similar.
• Prepare presentations, MIS, and internal reports for management and investors, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Understand and apply valuation matrices and financial reports to provide accurate and comprehensive information to investors.
• Leverage Bloomberg and other financial databases to gather relevant and accurate financial information.
• Stay updated with the metals & mining industry trends to provide insightful information to investors and management.
• Assist in the management and resolution of investor relations issues.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, investor relations advisory, equity research, or a similar role.
• Excellent command over Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to communicate complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
• Self-driven with a strong drive for results and a keen attention to detail.
• High level of dedication and a team-player attitude.
• Experience in the metals & mining industry would be a desirable advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
