Job Title: Integrated Business Unit Head
Total Years of Experience: 15 to 20 Years in IT
Delivery head experience: 5 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Integrated Business Unit Head with 15+ years of experience in IT industry.
Ideal candidate to have proven track record in account governance, client management, pre-sales and business development skills.
Exposure in handling European Manufacturing clients in the capacity of delivery head would a key advantage.
Travel to client offices in Europe and engage with them for ongoing and new business growth.
Should have managed engagements with size of ~10 to 15 M USD.

Lead and govern multiple programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Accountable for program and project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Establish strong relationship with internal and external stake holders there by enabling growth.
Work on solution building, pricing for new business activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Must have managed large scale support & maintenance engagements, green field development projects, and transformation projects. Exposure to AI enabled delivery.
Knowledgeable in tech stacks - Open-source stack, .NET, AWS/AZURE cloud, DEVOPS,AI.
