Job Title: Regional Head - Wealth Channel
Role Summary :
Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the Wealth Channel (IFAs, MFDs, Private Wealth Firms, Family Offices) in the assigned region. The role involves leading the regional sales team, strengthening key partner relationships, and ensuring achievement of premium and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive APE/NBP targets and regional revenue growth.
- Build and manage relationships with top wealth partners.
- Recruit, activate, and enhance productivity of advisors.
- Lead, coach, and manage Regional/Area Managers.
- Ensure product mix, persistency, and compliance standards.
- Execute regional business plans and sales campaigns.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience Life Insurance/Financial Services.
- Strong experience in Wealth/IFA/HNI channel management.
- Proven track record of delivering regional sales targets.
- Strong leadership, relationship management, and strategic skills.
