Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted application modernization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-driven migration, code conversion, modernization, and transformation solutions. This role requires a combination of software engineering, AI/ML expertise, and Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) experience to accelerate enterprise modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions to automate software migration, code conversion, refactoring, testing, and modernization activities.
- Develop AI-powered frameworks leveraging LLMs, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures.
- Build and optimize migration accelerators for legacy-to-modern platform transformations.
- Apply AI-assisted engineering methodologies to improve productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Lead modernization initiatives involving cloud migration, application transformation, and platform upgrades.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define AI-driven transformation strategies.
- Implement governance, observability, security, and responsible AI practices across AI solutions.
- Perform solution design, estimation, proof-of-concepts, and technical leadership for large-scale enterprise engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging Agentic AI frameworks and technologies.
