Job Opening: Team Member Legal (Infrastructure Finance)

• 
  Job Purpose: To support Head - Legal, with special emphasis on loan documentation for project finance and debt capital market transactions, due diligence and resolution of distressed accounts.

• This Company engaged in the business verticals of Infrastructure & Project linked Lending, Structured Finance, Project Debt Syndication & Debt Capital Markets, IDF & Private Equity in the infra space and other Project Advisory businesses including PE Syndication.


• The product portfolio includes corporate & project loans, bridge loans, structured finance transactions, cash flow gap financing, receivables and investment monetization’s, big ticket asset financing along with syndication and other advisory services.


• Legal, is responsible for providing assistance to the Legal Head in performing all legal requirements of the organization with special focus on documentation for project finance and debt capital market transactions due diligence and resolution of distressed accounts. His functions shall also include coordination with counsels for litigation, drafting of legal agreements & assisting in legal / statutory audits.
