POSITION SUMMARY (IT Analyst)
The selected candidate will be part of the Textron Information System which supports the large portfolio of FSSC, Corporate finance and business units finance IT applications. Textron is looking for someone interested in pursuing rewarding and challenging opportunity to closely working with customers. There will be opportunity to interact with senior developers and subject matter experts who will be supporting him/her. Candidate should have experience of 3-6 years and responsible for custom development in SAP and production support.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand overall Textron business strategy and specific business unit needs.
- Analyzes and contributes to business processes based on both current and future Textron business needs.
- Strong customer focus and flexible production support
- Provide production support for IT Applications
- Open to future career development opportunities within Textron business unit locations
- Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to personal and compensation information about employees.
- Bring Automations/Process improvements.

Internal:
- Close working relationships with internal customers
- Interacts with other internal organizations and business units
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Should have strong conceptual knowledge in SAP PO
- Experience with full lifecycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Strong knowledge in developing ECR and ID objects, Graphical and Java mapping, multi-mapping, and proficient on XML technologies.
- Strong expertise in using Node functions, queues, contexts in message mapping, Java and XSLT mappings.
- Strong expertise in using most of the standard adapters available in SAP PO like SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, REST, AS2, JDBC, RFC etc.
- Should have good knowledge in SAP PO’s NWA for configuring certificates, creating destinations, PGP Encryptions.
- Strong knowledge in developing EDI interfaces and Trading Partner Management
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting connectivity and mapping issues.
- Basic knowledge in patching and application upgrades.
- Basic knowledge in using ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Solman etc.
- Nice to have knowledge in other integration platforms like SAP CPI, MuleSoft
- Nice to have knowledge in SAP ABAP
- Able to build and design logic.
- Should have good knowledge of JAVA and SQL
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Strong plus:
- Certification in SAP PO, SAP ABAP
- ITIL Certification

- The candidate must possess good organizational and time management skills
