Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sr ISM Individual Contributor. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing B2C strategies, implementing effective sales and marketing plans, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction. Consistent performance reporting and strategic planning will be key aspects of day-to-day tasks. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and optimizing workflows to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2C sales and marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Proven experience in strategic planning and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Industry experience in education or training is a plus
