Portfolio Owner - Corporate Functions IT Systems
Job Profile :
- Total IT experience of around 15-20 years majorly in HCM technology world. Significant exposure working in Indian Cos, PUCs and International Business Environment across diverse industry sectors. Single Point of Contact for all IT needs for HR and other departments in the Corporate.
- Solution Leader with in-depth knowledge and Certifications in multiple modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Insightful experience in multiple complex SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA (SAP-HCM) complete Life Cycle implementations.
- Industry experience in HR transformation projects across varied industries. Collaborated with senior leadership to develop IT organizational strategies that aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Handled varied platforms & products spanning from bespoke application management to standard SaaS Products and Cloud Platforms, analytical tools like SAC, etc. Need a profile with multiple technology exposures.
- Involved in Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Solution design, Project Health Check, Scoping, Resource Planning, Business Process Analysis, Driving Business Workshops, Conceptual Design, Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Data Conversions, Role mapping, Security, Authorizations and Production Support. Complete end to end application management.
- Specialized in providing process study, process harmonization, organizational structure design/modelling, organizational change management, continuous improvement within the organization and enterprise solutions.
- Navigating complex negotiations with external partners to secure favourable terms for the organization while maintaining strong working relationships. Handling end to end RFP process, floating the requirement, proposal evaluation, Solution scope, Deal Reviews, Demos and Presentation, Proposing Staffing Model, Estimations, Planning Timelines/Milestones, Cost optimization.
- Project/Program Leader - Execution, Control, Reviews, Tracking, Reporting and Closing. Proven skill in area of Project management, People's management, Onsite-Offshore partner coordination, Issue resolution, Strategic decisions, Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed. Successful in leading and delivering projects involving Functional, Technical, Data Conversion, Security, Integration, Change Management & Support. End to end delivery for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM Implementations and support.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Manages diverse stakeholder expectations and resolves conflicts. Designs and leads optimization initiatives across functions. Oversees multiple initiatives and ensures alignment with business outcomes.
- Involved in Planning, Actuals, Forecasting, Resource Demands and end bill cycle with the partners.
- Managing complete support which includes work assignment, delivery and meeting SLA for all incidents. Managing change requests by providing solution response and costing. Drive Change request discussions with the business, prioritize, plan and deliver. Interaction with 3rd Party Vendors for the integration, testing, designing and deployment
- Suggestion to business on new Value Ideas and solutions, Best Practices, system upgradations and automation of existing process. Working on POCs, its analysis and Plan on implementation.
- Team Management: Resource management, managing team's competency, Responsible for teams Trainings, Upskilling as per the latest technologies. SME Support, mentoring, connects on career aspirations, etc.
- Budget Planning and Ownership - Owns portfolio-level financial strategy and drives value-focused decision-making.

Qualification - B.E / B.Tech. Certifications in multiple modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Preferred SAP Certified Professional - Solution Architect. PMP Certified.
