IT Business Development Sales Rep

Experience & Skills

  • IT Business Development Sales Rep-Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in prospecting, presenting needs-based solutions, and closing deals
  • Track record of top sales performance with achievements and awards to verify your success
  • Familiarity with IT recruiting or IT solutions, or ability to quickly acquire relevant industry knowledge
  • Established business relationships with decision-makers in

Requirements

  • Candidate should be well-versed in IT Sales & Marketing.
  • New Client Acquisition, through cold calling, social networks
  • Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities, interacting with clients daily, and identifying staffing opportunities to fulfill.
  • Understand the different segments within the field of IT, match the customers requirements, and map them to the services of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization.
  • Responsible for arranging meetings with the customers and also leading these meetings
  • Assist with technical recruitment
  • Assist pre-sales in developing RFPs and customized proposals based on the clients requirements.
  • Prepare excellent Marketing materials, case studies, presentations, documentation, etc., of using MS Office, Slide Share, etc.

  • Good command on documentation and presentation tools.
  • You should have a strong knowledge of LinkedIn for data mining and research.
