About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Quality Assurance to ensure the highest standards in product quality across our apparel manufacturing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of experience in quality control management, with a deep understanding of fabric and garment testing, production audits, and vendor collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines in accordance with client requirements.
• Conduct Fabric Physical Testing (FPT) and Garment Physical Testing (GPT) to ensure quality and consistency in production.
• Conduct audits of each batch of production to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• 
  Work closely with partner garment factories to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback and guidance to production teams to improve quality control processes and techniques.
• Identify and escalate quality-related issues to management for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to develop new products and ensure quality standards are met from concept to production.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Travel extensively to visit factories and attend production runs.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in fashion design, textile engineering or related field prefer from NIFT, Pearl Academy or equivalent.
• 9+ years of experience in quality control management.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Ability to work independently and be hands-on with production teams.

• Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, is a plus.
