Job Description
The Role
Own Think Exams corporate sales territory across North India, East India, and the North-East States. You will prospect, demonstrate, and close enterprise assessment and proctoring contracts with CHROs, HR Heads, and L&D leaders at mid-size to large companies — and manage an allocated base of 20 existing accounts.
What Youll Do
Hunt New Logos (70% of time)
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure across mid-size and large enterprises in North and East India
- Structured cluster visits: Delhi-NCR (Jun) → Lucknow + Jaipur (Jul) → Kolkata + Bhubaneswar (Aug) → Guwahati + Patna (Sep+) — 10–12 field days per month
- Build and maintain a live pipeline of 4–6× quarterly target at all times
Grow Allocated Accounts (30% of time)
- Manage and grow 20 existing Think Exam corporate accounts across the zone (₹10.61 L baseline revenue)
- Drive product-ladder progression — move accounts from IBT/OMR to RPT, Think ProctorX, and Think Originate
Market Intelligence
- Identify displacement opportunities at Mercer Mettl, HackerRank, iMocha, and SHL-held accounts
- Feed CRO with pricing benchmarks, RFP intelligence, and competitive signals from the field
You Bring
- 8–12 years of B2B enterprise sales — majority in direct corporate accounts (500+ employee companies)
- Established connections with CHROs, VP Sales, or HR Heads at corporates in North or East India — verifiable and current, not historical
- Proven track record of large-ticket closures — single orders of ₹20 L and above with multi-stakeholder procurement cycles
- Commitment to extensive field visits — building and deepening client relationships in person across the territory (10–12 days per month, non-negotiable)
- Proficiency in at least one regional language: Hindi (essential), Bengali or Odia (strong advantage for East India markets)
- Able to independently demo a SaaS assessment platform to IT and HR stakeholders
- Prior exposure to CBT, RPT, or AI interview platforms is a strong differentiator

Candidates who have sold or worked closely with assessment-related technology will be given strong preference:
- IBT / RPT: Experience selling or implementing online assessment platforms for corporate talent acquisition or L&D programmes
- CBT: Familiarity with large-scale CBT deployments for appraisals, certifications, or skills assessments in corporate environments
- AI Interview Platforms: Exposure to structured video or AI-driven interview solutions (HireVue, Talview, Mercer Mettl, or equivalents) is a meaningful differentiator
