Influencer Marketing Manager

Were looking for someone who just gets influencer marketing not in theory, but in the everyday chaos of briefs, creator conversations, deck deadlines, and client calls.

This role is for someone whos worked on finance brands and understands the balance of creativity and compliance. Someone who knows how to build client trust, manage expectations, and still bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Owning client relationships especially with finance brands and being their go-to person.
• Building and presenting decks that dont just look good, but also sell the idea.
• Working closely with creators and internal teams to get campaigns from brief to live, smoothly.
• Thinking of smarter, fresher ways to do influencer campaigns especially in a category like finance that needs a creative nudge.
• Keeping track of timelines, deliverables, and performance without losing your cool.

• Youve spent 5+ years in influencer marketing in a client-facing role at an agency.
• Youve worked with a finance brand before and understand the tone, tempo, and compliance needs of the space.
• Youre confident making decks that are sharp, structured, and on-brand.
• You can think creatively not just visually, but strategically too.
• Youre comfortable being in office 5 days a week at our Vile Parle East office (this ones not flexible).
