Role : General Manager Sales (Hydraulic Cylinders)

About the Role :
We are looking for a senior sales leader to drive business growth for a leading manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders and power packs. The role will be responsible for revenue growth, OEM acquisition, key account management, export development, and building a high-performing national sales organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth across domestic and export markets.
- Develop and execute OEM sales strategy.
- Acquire new OEM customers and manage key accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract closures.
- Build and mentor regional sales and key account teams.
- Expand business in construction equipment, material handling, agriculture, mining, and industrial machinery segments.
- Develop export opportunities in Gulf and other international markets.
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver customer solutions.
Candidate Profile :

- 15+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
- Minimum 10 years in hydraulic cylinders.
- Proven success in OEM sales and key account management.
- Experience leading multi-region sales teams.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic applications and products.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering.
- MBA preferred.
Preferred Background :
Candidates from companies such as Bosch Rexroth, Parker Hannifin, Danfoss, Eaton, HYDAC, Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, Canara Hydraulics, Dantal Hydraulics, and similar organizations are preferred.
