Regulatory Compliance Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements applicable to our operations in India.

What you will do: You will monitor regulations, conduct compliance reviews, and provide guidance to staff.

Key responsibility:

• Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements relevant to our operations.
• Conducting regular compliance reviews and assessments.
• Developing and implementing compliance programs and procedures.
• Providing guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements.
• Preparing compliance reports and documentation.
• Responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of relevant Indian regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
