Job Title: HR Systems Reporting Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India

We are seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialist to join our Recruiting Operations and Enablement team. This role involves leveraging expertise in Workday Report Builder, SQL, and SmartRecruiters to design, develop, and maintain HR and recruiting reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive data while delivering actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and manage reports in Workday, SmartRecruiters, and SQL databases.
• Design custom reports, configure calculated fields, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support compliance reporting and track requests via ServiceNow.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Secure sensitive employee and organizational data.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced querying techniques.
• Extensive experience with Workday reporting tools (calculated fields, custom prompts).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..

Preferred: Experience with SmartRecruiters reporting.
