Qualifications:
- ? 5+ years experience working with and reporting on HR and Talent Acquisition data
- ? Proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying, joins, indexing, and performance optimization.
- ? Extensive experience reporting out of Workday (Report builder, Creating calc fields)
- ? Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- ? Self-starter and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and successfully translate requirements into action. ? Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
