Job Description
We Are Hiring | Coal Chemist & Senior Coal Chemist
Trueworths Minerals Solutions is expanding its Coal & Coke Testing Division and inviting applications from experienced professionals with strong expertise in coal sampling, coal & coke characterization, laboratory quality systems, and NABL-accredited testing operations.
We are looking for technically competent candidates who can contribute to accurate sampling, reliable analytical results, regulatory compliance, and laboratory excellence across our industrial testing services.
- *Key Competencies
- Extensive hands-on experience in Coal & Coke Testing and analysis
- Expertise in Proximate Analysis, Equilibrated Moisture Determination, Gross Calorific Value (GCV) determination, Low Temperature Gray King (LTGK) testing.
- and Ultimate Analysis of coal and coke.
- Strong knowledge of Coal Quality Assessment, Fuel Characterization, and interpretation of analytical results for operational and commercial applications.
- Well-versed in NABL documentation requirements and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance practices, supported by a minimum 4-day training certificate from a reputed training organization.
- Experienced in Method Validation, Measurement Uncertainty Estimation, and Internal Audit processes as per laboratory quality management requirements.
- Sound understanding and practical application of coal and coke testing standards including BIS, ASTM International, and ISO standards.
- Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand
- Educational Qualification
- • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Fuel Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience
- Chemist: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Coal & Coke Testing Laboratories.
- Senior Chemist: 5–10 years of relevant experience in Coal & Coke Testing, Laboratory Quality Systems, and NABL-accredited laboratory operations.
