Role: Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist (US Projects)

Location: Remote (Delhi/NCR) minimal office visits

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM 2:30 AM IST

Working Model: 6 days/week (5 days WFH, limited office visits)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to support US-based finance and accounting projects. This role involves end-to-end accounting, reporting, and close collaboration with offshore US finance teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage end-to-end financial accounting, including month-end and year-end closure

? Handle Accounts Payable, Banking, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Balance Sheet reconciliations

? Prepare and review

? Support budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and leadership reporting

? Work extensively on Excel-based financial models and data analysis

? Collaborate closely with US stakeholders and offshore finance teams

? Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

? Drive process improvements and reporting efficiency

Key Requirements

? Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory

? 46 years of post-qualification experience in core accounting and reporting

? Strong hands-on experience in:

? Financial Accounting & Reporting

? Month-end close

? Reconciliations & analysis

? Exposure to SAP (preferred) or

? Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting, analysis)

? Good to excellent communication skills

? Comfortable working in US shift

? Experience with international clients is an added advantage

Location & Availability

? Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR or nearby locations (within 100 km e.g., Meerut, Muzaffarnagar)

? Immediate joiners preferred
