Now, were looking for someone who can keep this chaos beautifully organised and make sure the vibe stays unmatched.

Your Mission:

• Be the first voice candidates hear from Unnaggi handle screening calls and help us find the right people to join our crew.
• Manage onboarding so every new member feels at home (and not like they joined a secret cult).
• Plan team bonding events, celebrations, and outings basically, be the person responsible for all the good times.
• Keep track of leaves, birthdays, and milestones the little things that make big differences.
• Check in on the teams mood, comfort, and caffeine levels
  
  because culture is built one conversation (and one coffee) at a time.
• Handle some basic HR stuff like offer letters, leaves, and documentation but with flair.

You will fit in if:

• Youve completed your studies and are ready to dive into the creative startup life.
• Youre a natural people person who loves connecting, organising, and making things happen.
• You have great communication skills, a little bit of OCD for organisation, and a lot of empathy.
• Youre the one who remembers birthdays, plans hangouts, and gets people excited to show up.
