Uolo - Assistant Manager - Human Resource

The incumbent will be working closely with the the Business HR, line managers and employees to set goals in line with the organization

• Take ownership of the HR processes
• Partner with the business on continuously getting feedback on strengthening the current process and deliver on getting better productivity
• Liaison with the Talent Management team and other CoE members to ensure smooth flow of data
• Manage the ongoing reports required to run the system
• Manage the HRMS system for the concerned module
• Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, and employee experience
• Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, and keep the policies and procedures updated and relevant (SOP)
• Ensuring robust processes are followed
• Be the window to the outside world through networking and benchmarking
• Responsible for engagement and communication

Desired Profile:

• Must have experience in working in the HR CoE or have worked as a Business HR across all aspects of the employee life cycle.
• High level of business orientation and understanding. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
• Need to have the flexibility to take up projects and work with the team
