This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Worli. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Responsibilities also include offering technical support, managing online support requests, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in providing Online Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Previous experience in a support or related role is a plus
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
