Job Description
1. Human Resources Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
- Assist in recruitment job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities, including offer letters, ID cards, relieving letters, and experience certificates.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and salary.
3. Employee Engagement & Performance
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
- Maintain discipline and employee conduct records.
4. Administration
- Oversee general office administration, including housekeeping, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Manage petty cash transactions, record expenses, prepare vouchers, reconcile balances, and maintain accurate documentation.

- Verify and process bills, vouchers, and reimbursements in coordination with accounts.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Add and delete employees in the biometric attendance system and ensure attendance data accuracy.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, courier dispatch, and office asset management.
- Support IT and facilities teams in office maintenance and logistics.
