Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you should hold a CA, CFA, or MBA from a Tier 2 institute. You must also possess prior experience in M&A and corporate finance projects, specifically supporting mergers and acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, project and market analysis of potential acquisition targets, preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts. It is crucial that you monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Moreover, you will be involved in Financial Planning & Analysis, where you will prepare and review financial reports, seek cost reduction opportunities, develop and implement financial strategies, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Furthermore, you will lead efforts in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities. Your responsibilities will extend to evaluating investment opportunities, managing capital expenditures, overseeing cash flow, liquidity, and funding, as well as maintaining relationships with different financial institutions.

In this role, you will be expected to make decisions that lead to profitable financial results while understanding how to maximize profits, minimize costs, manage risks, and ensure the company's financial stability.
This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. As part of the application process, you will be required to confirm if you have completed CA, CFA, or MBA from a Tier 2 institute. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance projects related to mergers and acquisitions. The work location is in person.,
