Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic plans to drive growth. The role also includes market research, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data
  • Experience in creating and presenting proposals, contracts, and strategic plans
  • Skills in client relationship management and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the tech or communication sector is advantageous
