Role Description

The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The role entails managing client accounts, resolving issues in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

    Strong Relationship Management skills including client communication, account management, and customer satisfaction strategies
  • Business Development and Sales skills to identify opportunities and contribute to the growth of client accounts.
  • Bachelors degree and Masters degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Mutual Fund and related fields.
  • NISM-VA certified candidate.
  • office hours is 10 am to 7 pm from Mon-Sat.
