Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring and the US recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment cycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
- Work on W2 requirements and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely submissions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
- Hands-on experience working with W2 requirements
- Good understanding of US tax terms and visa types
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Preferred
- State/Federal client experience will be an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant US IT recruitment experience
