Job Description
- As a Consultant in Solution Delivery at Vitech, you will have a critical role in delivering business value to customers by adopting a "Product First" mindset and continuous learning approach. Collaborating closely with your Agile Team, you will transform client business needs into impactful solutions. This involves engaging with customer groups to understand their core objectives, identifying product gaps, and maintaining a proactive and inquisitive approach to address challenges. You will work hand-in-hand with the Agile Team Lead to align with team priorities during PI and Sprint planning, as well as participate in refining Features into clear, actionable Stories with defined scope, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, contributing to Story estimation and issue resolution, participating in Sprint and System demos, and continuously improving your knowledge of Vitech products and industry expertise. You are expected to deepen your understanding of the industry, enhance your consulting skills, and develop expertise in issue and defect triage and resolution processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience working in Agile teams. Strong communication skills, the ability to translate client requirements into clear solutions, and experience in requirements gathering and product gap analysis are essential. Bonus points will be awarded for a background in Pension Risk Transfer, Retirement, or Financial Services, familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools, and success in consulting or client-facing roles.
