About the job:

Mandatory Skills (Must Have):

• S2P / Procurement Business Analysis experience (7+ years) across enterprise procurement transformation programs.
• Strong functional expertise in Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on implementation experience with procurement platforms such as GEP SMART, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or Zycus.
• Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and authoring functional specifications.
• Strong experience creating source-to-target mappings and supporting data migration activities.
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business validation.
• Strong stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation skills.

Optional Skills (Good to Have):

• Strong functional implementation experience with GEP SMART (highly preferred).
• Exposure to Collibra, data governance, metadata management, and data catalog concepts.
• Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain experience.
• Experience working on global procurement transformation and operating model programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, procurement master data, and data migration frameworks.
• Exposure to reporting and analytics platforms supporting procurement operation.
