Business Development Associate/ Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer or Manager to support our international growth journey. This role requires a solid understanding of the insurance software ecosystem, strong client engagement skills, and experience in driving business opportunities within the enterprise technology space.

JD of Business Development Manager

• Support the development and execution of business development strategies for Anoud+ across target markets.
• Identify and qualify new leads within the insurance and reinsurance sectors.

• Manage prospective outreach, initial client conversations, and early-stage opportunity development.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate reporting of business development activities.
• Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and Presales Manager to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to provide insights for goto-market activities.
• Represent Anoud Tech at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums as required.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in Anoud Tech territories (Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, Americas).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience in operations / IT in insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Proven ability in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and client relationship building.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Functional knowledge of the insurance industry
• Fluency in different technologies (hardware / software/integrations)
• Open to travel internationally as required
• Strong MS Office skillset (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
