Job Description
- Liaison between patients, attenders, consultants and administration
- Ensures thorough and timely resolution of patient issues, concerns, and complaints
- To co-ordinate requirements of patients and the attendants during hospital visit
- Handling patient queries related to infertility and health-related concerns
- Counselling patients about the various treatment options available
- Review medical reports and suggest appropriate treatments in collaboration with fertility specialists
- To brief the patient and the attendant about the availability of doctor and approximate waiting time
- Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
