Job Description

    Role Overview:
    Yavar is a data intelligence platform company seeking an Asst. Manager - HR with 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics. You will design hiring strategies, manage employer branding, lead engagement programs, and provide actionable insights to leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Lead end-to-end talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
    - Own employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract passive talent.
    - Design and implement employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition initiatives.
    - Utilize people analytics to track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition rates, engagement scores, and support workforce planning; present insights to leadership.
    - Collaborate with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks.
    - Drive learning & development initiatives and succession planning.
    - Ensure HR compliance, administer compensation, and maintain policy documentation.
    - Act as an employee champion, coach leaders, handle escalations sensitively, and promote a positive work culture.
    - Conduct periodic audits, forecast headcount, and coordinate budgeting with finance.
    Qualifications Required:
    - 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
    - MBA (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.

    - Proven track record in hiring technical roles and business functions.
    - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics, dashboards, and deriving actionable insights.
    - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    - Good understanding of employment laws and compliance basics.
