Who Should Apply:

We are seeking individuals with max. 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in AI or enterprise software solutions. Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, especially within a product-based environment, is strongly preferred. You should have a proven track record of delivering large-scale software solutions on time and within budget, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.

Role Summary:

As a Project Manager at Yavar, you will oversee the end-to-end management of AI platform solution projects, from planning and initiation through to delivery. Youll work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that projects meet customer requirements, timelines, and budgets, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.

Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.

Monitor project progress and proactively address potential issues or delays.

Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations.

Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate project risks.

Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and client review sessions.

Ensure alignment between technical requirements and business objectives, translating client needs into clear project plans.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.

Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and final deliverables.

Must-Have Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise software products.

Strong understanding of software development processes and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana).

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.

Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceEngineering, MBA is preferred.
