Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kids Apparel Merchandiser based in New Delhi. The role involves planning and managing the product line for kids apparel, working closely with suppliers and manufacturers, coordinating with the design and production teams, and overseeing quality standards. Additional responsibilities include market trend analysis, inventory management, and ensuring timely product delivery to meet customer and business requirements. Effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining strong vendor relations are critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure effective interaction with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
• Proficiency in sales and retail processes, with a focus on optimizing product appeal and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in marketing strategies to align products with current trends and business objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle inventory, deadlines, and multiple product lines.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to align with consumer behavior and demands in the kids apparel segment.
• Understanding of quality standards and production processes within the fashion or retail industry.
• Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in kids apparel or a relevant retail sector is an added advantage.
