Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ajmer for a Human Resources Specialist at YUVMEDIA - Next Level Partner. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR management, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and handle personnel management activities. Daily tasks involve recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. You will also assist in performance management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
