- Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire individual customers (seniors & their
families) through digital channels, community partnerships, and offline engagements.
- Implement direct and referral-based sales models, including seminars, webinars, and
wellness events tailored to seniors and caregivers.
- Identify high-potential channels such as senior living communities, healthcare professionals,
- Build and manage partnerships with insurance providers, financial planners, housing
societies, senior citizen groups, and other relevant networks that cater to families with aging parents.
- Organize awareness events, seminars, and campaigns to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings.
- Track and optimize sales performance.

Requirements:-
- Experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships within healthcare, insurance,
wellness, or elder care domains.
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B2C business models, particularly in service-driven industries.
- Experience in customer acquisition through direct sales, digital platforms, and community
partnerships.
