E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager (Google & Meta)
We are looking for a high-energy E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to own the growth engine for our online store. In this role, you will be responsible for the full funnelfrom driving "cold" traffic via Meta Reels and Google Search to perfecting the remarketing loops that bring customers back to finish their checkout.
You aren't just managing ads; you are managing the relationship between our ad spend and our inventory. The ideal candidate understands that in E-commerce, a "click" is useless unless it leads to a "shipped" order.
### Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Management: Execute a dual-platform strategy. Use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for discovery and "top-of-funnel" brand awareness, and Google Ads (PMax, Shopping, Search) to capture high-intent buyers.
- Catalogue & Feed Optimization: Own the Google Merchant Centre and Meta Catalogue health. Ensure product data, pricing, and availability are synced perfectly to prevent wasted spend on out-of-stock items.
- Profit-First Optimization: Move beyond basic ROAS. You will optimize for POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), ensuring our customer acquisition cost ($CAC$) leaves room for healthy margins.
- Creative Testing Lab: Work closely with creators and designers to develop "hook-heavy" video content for Reels and YouTube Shorts. Implement a rigorous testing schedule for static vs. DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) ads.
- Retention & Lifecycle: Build advanced retargeting audiences based on site behaviour (e.g., "Added to Cart but didn't buy" or "Viewed high-value category").
- Measurement & Attribution: Manage the technical setup of the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and GA4 E-commerce tracking to navigate the challenges of a cookieless world.

### Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years managing $50k+/month budgets specifically for D2C or E-commerce brands.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (Meta) and Performance Max (Google).
- Stack Knowledge: Deep experience with Shopify (or similar), Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at a spreadsheet and immediately spot why a specific product category is underperforming.
