Private Equity Associate - Consumer Goods

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for supporting senior team members in evaluating and executing investments in the consumer goods sector.

What you will do: Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and market research.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial due diligence on potential investments.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations.
• 
  Support deal execution process.
• Monitor portfolio company performance.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance.
• 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of the consumer goods industry.
