Associate, Private Equity - Consumer Goods

What role you will play in team: You'll be responsible for supporting investment activities across our Consumer Goods portfolio.

What you will do: You'll contribute to deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.

Key responsibility:

• Market research and identification of potential investment opportunities in the consumer goods sector.
• Financial modeling and valuation of potential investments.
• Conducting thorough due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational, and legal reviews.
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committee review.
• Supporting the monitoring and management of existing portfolio investments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with portfolio company management teams.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable institution.
• 1-2 years of experience in private equity or investment banking, with a focus on the consumer goods sector.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of the Indian consumer goods market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
