About the Role
Were looking for a Marketing Manager who is not just a storyteller but a strategist and growth driver , someone who builds brand visibility with one clear metric in mind: lead flow.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to connect brand positioning with commercial outcomes, who can blend creativity, analytics, and automation to make BioBrain a recognized name in the global Insights, Market Research, AI transformation, and Data Intelligence ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand
- Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy that elevates BioBrains brand and drives inbound interest.
- Craft positioning and messaging that differentiates BioBrain across the MR, Insights, and AI ecosystem.
- Build a consistent voice across LinkedIn, email, web, PR, and partner channels.
Lead Generation & Growth
- Own the end-to-end demand generation funnel, from awareness to MQL to SQL.
- Create campaigns that generate qualified inbound leads through organic and paid channels.
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, retargeting, and drip campaigns.
- Build landing pages, content assets, and reports that convert traffic to engagement.
Content & Communication
- Lead thought leadership, webinars, and reports that position BioBrain as an authority in Advanced Consumer Insights, Market Research Innovation,Data / AI Transformation, Analytics etc
- Collaborate with internal teams to publish case studies, category insights, and benchmark reports.
- Oversee PR, media engagement, and award submissions to boost credibility.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report marketing KPIs with lead flow, conversion rate, and ROI as the primary measures of success.
- Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Ads to monitor and optimize performance.
- Continuously test, learn, and scale what works.

Who You Are
- 610 years of experience in B2B / services marketing, ideally in Market Research, SaaS, or Data/Analytics domains.
- Strategic thinker with a strong growth mindset, comfortable with both planning and execution.
- Hands-on with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital channels.
- Excellent communicator can translate technical products into compelling narratives.
- International outlook understands how to market to clients across US, UK, EU, and APAC regions.
- Data-driven and results-obsessed: success = visibility ? engagement ? qualified leads.
