Job Description
- You will be joining Contract Bazaar, a fast-growing legal tech company dedicated to simplifying legal services for individuals and businesses. Your role as a Quality Associate - Legal will involve ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and commercial viability of the company's legal deliverables, emphasizing contract drafting, reviewing, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to maintain quality standards and drive continuous process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct detailed quality reviews of contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate legal documents.
- Ensure documents meet accuracy, compliance, and client expectations.
- Assist in creating and maintaining checklists, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Draft and review contracts focusing on clarity, enforceability, and risk mitigation.
- Apply working knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) such as trademarks and copyrights.
- Support training and capability development within the legal team.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in contract drafting, legal review, and advisory.
- Exposure to Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and Intellectual Property Rights.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and risks.
- Proficient in research, analysis, and communication.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
