About Us

DKMS Asia Pvt. Ltd. is a PLC (for-profit) and a service provider for DKMS entities in and outside of India. The organization will be responsible for Marketing and Communication activities: raising awareness, educating and informing the public about the cause through online and offline mediums (advertisements in mass media such as print, radio, television, outdoor, etc.) to register potential donors (who will be registered at DKMS India). DKMS Asia will also provide Shared Services (HR/Finance/IT/Administration).

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Asst. Manager- Content to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing principles and a proven ability to produce engaging, high-quality copy across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for crafting content that aligns with our brands voice and supports our strategic marketing objectives. As an Asst. Manager- Content, you will play a key role in driving engagement, building brand awareness, and supporting conversion efforts through well-crafted copy that connects with our audience on a deeper level. You will have the opportunity to create content that sparks conversations, educates our audience, and inspires action. We are looking for a collaborative team player who can contribute ideas, inspire creativity, and brainstorm effectively with colleagues across departments. Your ability to work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members will be essential to creating content that not only resonates with our audience but also elevates our overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance-based marketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.
  • Develop detailed campaign strategies, including target audience identification, budget allocation, and KPIs.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and KPIs (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Identify key performance trends and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others to track campaign performance and generate insights.
  • Monitor and analyses user behavior, conversion paths, and funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and operationalize the content creation workflowbriefing, reviews, approvals, and timely delivery across platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to ensure campaign assets align with messaging goals and timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising, with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
  • Strong proficiency in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with campaign performance analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking or attribution tools.

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and user experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product teams, to develop and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
  • Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
