Job summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented S&OP Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the monthly sales and operations cycle, ensuring cross-functional alignment and consensus on risks, opportunities, and assumptions.
• Monitor key metrics to track performance against targets and ensure alignment with financial plans, budgets, and working capital.
• Facilitate effective communication across internal teams and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and bias reduction.
• Oversee product launches from a supply chain perspective and maintain a rolling risk register covering supply, demand, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Leverage analytical tools to enhance decision-making and visibility across the end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, S4Hana).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
