Graphic Designer

We are seeking a sharp, high-potential Graphic Designer with strong visual design skills, creative thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual assets across digital, social media, presentations, marketing, events, conferences, branding, and other communication channels.
• Translate briefs, ideas, and rough concepts into clear and compelling visual designs.
• Explore multiple creative directions and concepts instead of settling for the first obvious solution.
• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines, typography, layouts, and visual systems.
• Take ownership of design projects from initial concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with designers, content writers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Incorporate feedback effectively, iterate quickly, and continuously improve design quality.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve designs rather than simply executing assigned requirements.
• Stay updated with design trends, technology, visual culture, and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and creative thinking.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to create designs across multiple formats, including social media, presentations, marketing assets, and brand communication.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
