Business Development (IT Staff Augmentation)

Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment services, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, understanding client staffing requirements to offer tailored solutions, pitching staffing services through various channels, managing the sales cycle, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, and achieving sales targets and KPIs. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a database of prospective clients and sales activities using CRM tools.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field with at least 3-6 years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry. You must possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with both India and Overseas customers.

Preferred skills for this role include prior experience in IT staff augmentation services, familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund, requiring you to work in a day shift schedule at the designated work location in person. Fluency in English is essential for this role.,
